Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, and service rules work. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Important Notice: Any service guarantee applies only to the original reservation. The guarantee becomes void if reservation details are changed, pickup information is incorrect, or the selected vehicle does not match actual passenger or luggage requirements.

General Terms

1. Bookings & Availability

• Our transportation services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure vehicle availability and preferred scheduling, especially on game days and major events.

2. Payment Policies

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled service date.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and fee-free options such as Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp.
• Credit card payments may be subject to processing fees.

3. Hourly Service & Overtime Charges

• A minimum of 4 hours is required for sedans, SUVs, limousines, and Sprinter vans. Some specialty vehicles and peak event dates may require longer minimums.
• After the minimum booking period, time is billed in full-hour increments.
• Any portion of an additional hour is billed as a full hour.
• A late-night surcharge of $25 to $50 applies for services between 12:01 a.m. and 5:59 a.m.

4. Holiday & Long-Distance Travel

• Trips exceeding a 45-mile radius from our base location may incur additional mileage and travel-time charges.
• Holiday service may include premium pricing due to increased demand.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Airport Transfers

• Local airport transfers require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
• Domestic and international airport transfers require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation.

2. Hourly Rentals & Event Transportation

• Cancellations made within 30 business days of the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 15 business days of the service date will be charged the full service amount.
• All reservations for sports games, concerts, stadium events, proms, museums, and tournament travel are non-refundable.

3. Reservation Changes & Cancellations

• All changes or cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Sports Limo Atlanta.
• Contacting the chauffeur directly to modify or cancel a reservation is not permitted.

Cleaning & Damage Fees

• Eating and smoking are not permitted inside any vehicle.
• Smoking will result in a $600 cleaning fee.
• If a vehicle requires cleaning due to sickness, a $500 cleaning fee will apply.
• Clients are fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.

Waiting Time & Additional Stops

1. Complimentary Waiting Time

• 15 minutes for residential, hotel, and office pickups.
• 30 minutes for domestic airport arrivals.
• 60 minutes for international airport arrivals.

2. Extra Stops

• Additional stops are charged at $25 per stop when within a reasonable distance.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Sports Limo Atlanta, you agree to receive text messages related to bookings, reminders, service updates, and billing notifications.

• Message frequency may vary.
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• You may reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Safety & Conduct

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. If detected, service will be terminated immediately without refund.
• Standing through sunroofs or engaging in unsafe behavior is not allowed.
• Any form of misconduct may result in immediate service termination with no refund.

Liability

• Sports Limo Atlanta is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If a vehicle issue occurs, a comparable replacement vehicle will be provided when available.
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles, but reasonable efforts will be made to return recovered items.

Final Agreement

By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you have concerns or complaints, they must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of service completion to be reviewed.
